Did you know that 70 years ago Doolittle’s Raiders spent five days at McClellan Air Depot receiving the final modifications to their B-25s bombers?  By March 31, 1942 they were on their way aboard the U.S.S. Hornet for their historic raid. The 16 planes and crews successfully attacked Tokyo on April 18, 1942.
